Proposed 12-month model
The developer may include the first year of broadband in the property purchase or rental offer. Following that year, residents can elect to subscribe directly to P2P. Costs, funding responsibility, infrastructure ownership and the resident offer are agreed separately for each site.
The introductory offer is a proposed commercial structure, not a currently guaranteed promotion.
